May 1st, 2026 – 2pm – 5pm

Start the weekend with a splash! Exclusively for our VIP Pro Package guests, dive into an afternoon of mingling, music, and poolside cocktails as you float, flex, and have some fun in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. Whether you’re joining us for the entire weekend or just dropping in for the night, everyone is welcome to our Pilates Day celebration at the stunning Casa del Arroyo in beautiful Puerto Vallarta.

Start the night with pop-up Pilates sessions to awaken your body and set the tone for the days ahead. Afterwards, enjoy canapés prepared by our private chef, signature cocktails, live music, and gorgeous views while meeting your Pro Instructors and networking with local and international Pilates professionals.

This special session may feature a focused breathwork workshop or a gentle, expertly led cooldown class — final details to come, but expect something truly nourishing.

Tere Lopez - Pilates for Pregnancy 10am - 12pm

Designed exclusively for Pilates instructors, this hands-on professional workshop dives into the essentials of pre- and post-natal Pilates. Explore safe and effective modifications, learn strategies to support clients through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and deepen your understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement principles specific to expecting and new mothers.

Through interactive demonstrations, practical exercises, and expert guidance, you’ll leave with actionable tools, confidence, and knowledge to expand your teaching repertoire and provide safe, empowering experiences for your clients.

Valentin - Ageless Alignment: Polished Posture and Balance for Healthy Aging 2pm - 5pm

This workshop will teach instructors to use simple props to enhance alignment, proprioception and postural strength amongst our senior population. Address common postural challenges such as forward head, rounded shoulders, and sitting strain, as well as issues often seen in older adults, including decreased balance, spinal rigidity, and kyphotic tendencies.

In this fun and creative workshop, instructors will learn how to help clients of all ages improve posture, move with greater confidence, and build lasting strength.

Monique Convertitio - Walk this Way: Finding Flow from Pelvis to Foot 10am - 12pm

This session streamlines two powerhouse specialties—pelvic floor mechanics and foot-to-gait training—into one high-yield workshop. You’ll learn how the pelvic bowl and the feet communicate with each other every step of the way. When that communication channel gets upgraded, everything from balance to low-back comfort to walking efficiency improves.

Expect an upbeat, interactive experience packed with practical tools, smart cueing, and creative sequencing that you can apply right away so your clients can move with more ease, strength, and confidence from pelvis to foot and everything in between.

You’ll walk out with:

  • A practical understanding of how your pelvis, hips, and feet influence each step—no anatomy degree required.

  • Sharper awareness of foot mechanics that actually matter: articulation, loading, big-toe mobility, and push-off strength.

  • Tools to troubleshoot everyday culprits behind stiffness, imbalance, and that “I’m working harder than I should be” gait.

  • A simple, integrated movement sequence you can repeat anywhere—studio, sidewalk, or kitchen—to reset your alignment.

  • Three daily drills that build better walking habits and improve comfort from the ground up.

  • A clear before/after shift in stability, stride efficiency, and overall flow.

You’ll leave feeling organized, efficient, and walking like your body just upgraded its operating system.

Lizbeth Garcia - Surfing and Water Sports: Strength, Balance, and Flexibility 1:30pm - 3:30pm

Discover movement and exercises designed to keep you balanced, strong, and flexible for surfing and other water sports.

  • Learn how to optimize pelvis and spine alignment for stability and power.
  • Explore dynamic exercises for whole-body integration, enhancing coordination and control.
  • Improve hip mobility and lateral stability to maintain balance and stay agile on your board.

This session combines practical techniques and targeted exercises to help you perform at your best on the water while reducing injury risk.

Optional Surfing Experience – Monday, May 4th

Take your skills from the workshop into the water! Join Lizbeth for a fun surfing session and put your new techniques into action. Participation will depend on interest and group size. Pricing and details to be confirmed.  Please contact us if you would like to participate!

Darya Bronston - MOTR® Movement Mechanics: Full Body Exercise Possibilities, Ideas and Exploration – Led by the Inventor of the MOTR® 4pm - 6pm

Discover new dimensions of movement and whole-body conditioning in this inspiring two-hour MOTR® workshop. Designed for Pilates instructors, movement professionals and fitness enthusiasts, this session invites you to explore the versatility, creativity, and full-body potential of the MOTR® system. 

The MOTR® (short for Movement On The Roller ) integrates a foam roller with resistance training elements, offering a uniquely portable and adaptable full-body exercise experience.  Under the guidance of MOTR® inventor Darya Bronston, participants will dive into innovative approaches that expand strength, balance, alignment, and functional integration. Through hands-on exploration, you’ll learn fresh programming ideas, troubleshoot common movement patterns, and experiment with ways to adapt MOTR® exercises for a wide range of clients and goals.
